    Privacy Policy

    This page explains exactly what this website collects, why, where it goes, and how to get it removed. It describes what the site actually does — no more, no less.

    Last updated 20 August 2026

    1. Who we are

    This website, levelxcoaching.com, is operated by Level 10 Coaching (“we”, “us”, “our”), a business coaching practice.

    For anything to do with this policy or with information we hold about you, write to erik@levelxcoaching.com or 1517 SW Medford Ave., Topeka, KS 66604.

    2. Information you give us

    There are three places on this site where you can hand us personal information. All three are voluntary — nothing on the site requires an account, and you can read every page without giving us anything.

    • The contact form. Your first name, last name, email address, company name, and whatever you write in the message field.
    • The Rockefeller Habits assessment. Your name, company name, email address, and your answers to the 40 assessment items. If you download the PDF report, the same information is used to generate it.
    • The toolkit tools. Eleven of the calculators and assessments in the toolkit ask for your first name, last name, phone number, email address, and company name before showing your full results. Submitted alongside those details are the figures you entered into the tool and the results it calculated — for example a meeting cost, a cash-flow impact, or an assessment score — plus which tool you used and when.

    If you email us directly or book a call, we hold whatever you choose to send us in that message.

    3. Information collected automatically

    Very little, and none of it for marketing:

    • Server logs. Our web server records the requests it handles — the page or endpoint requested, the response status, and how long it took. This is standard operational logging used to keep the site running and diagnose faults.
    • IP address, briefly. To stop automated abuse of the toolkit forms, we keep a short-lived count of submissions per IP address in the server’s memory. Each record expires 15 minutes after it is created and is never written to disk or shared.

    This site runs no analytics, no advertising or social media pixels, and no tracking cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no LinkedIn tag, no session recording and no cross-site advertising technology of any kind. We do not track you across other websites, and we cannot — the code to do it is not there. Page typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives the request for the font files themselves.

    Because we set no tracking cookies, there is no cookie banner and nothing for you to opt out of.

    4. How we use your information

    • To reply to an enquiry you sent us.
    • To deliver the results, report or PDF that you asked for when you filled in an assessment or calculator.
    • To follow up by email about our coaching services, and to send occasional related material. You can stop this at any time — reply to any message asking us to stop, or use the unsubscribe link where one is included. Either way it takes effect for all future marketing email.
    • To keep the site secure and working — rate limiting, fault diagnosis, and preventing abuse.

    We do not use your information to make automated decisions about you, and we do not build advertising profiles.

    5. Who we share it with

    We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do use a small number of service providers to run the site and manage enquiries, and your information passes through them:

    • Airtable — where contact enquiries and completed habits assessments are stored so we can follow up.
    • Zapier — receives toolkit submissions and routes them onward to our own systems.
    • Replit and its database provider — hosts the website and the database that holds contact form submissions.
    • Microsoft Outlook — the mailbox we send and receive this email from.

    Each of these processes information on our behalf under its own terms and privacy policy. We share information beyond this only where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

    The site links out to Calendly for booking calls. Calendly is not embedded in these pages — clicking a booking link takes you to Calendly’s own site, where its privacy policy applies to anything you enter.

    6. How long we keep it

    We keep enquiry and assessment records for 24 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or you opt out of our email, in which case we keep only the minimum needed to honour that request. Short-lived security records, such as the rate-limiting counts described above, expire within 15 minutes.

    7. Your choices

    • Stop the email. Reply to any message asking us to stop, or write to erik@levelxcoaching.com.
    • See what we hold. Ask us and we will tell you.
    • Correct it. Tell us what is wrong and we will fix it.
    • Have it deleted. Ask, and we will delete it from our systems and from the services listed above.

    These options are open to everyone who contacts us, wherever you live. Write to erik@levelxcoaching.com and we will respond within 45 days.

    8. California residents

    If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, gives you specific rights over the information we hold. In the past 12 months we have collected these categories of personal information from the forms on this site:

    • Identifiers — name, email address, phone number, and for security purposes a short-lived IP address record.
    • Commercial and professional information — your company name, and the business figures and assessment answers you enter into a calculator or assessment.
    • Internet or network activity — the server request logs described in section 3.

    We collect these for the purposes set out in section 4, we obtain them directly from you (except the request logs, which your browser generates), and we disclose them to the service providers named in section 5 for those same business purposes.

    We have not sold personal information in the past 12 months, and we have not shared it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. We do not collect the categories of sensitive personal information defined by the CPRA.

    You have the right to:

    • know what personal information we have collected, where it came from, why we collected it, and who we disclosed it to;
    • request a copy of that information;
    • have it corrected if it is inaccurate;
    • have it deleted, subject to the narrow exceptions the statute allows;
    • opt out of sale or sharing — although as stated above, we do neither;
    • not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. We will not deny you services, charge you a different price, or give you a lower quality of service because you made a request.

    To make a request, email erik@levelxcoaching.com with the details you gave us so we can locate your record. We verify a request by matching it against the information already in our systems, usually the email address the submission came from; if we cannot verify it to a reasonable degree of certainty, we will tell you why. An authorised agent may act for you with written permission that we can verify with you directly.

    9. Children

    This is a website for business owners and leadership teams. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, write to erik@levelxcoaching.com and we will delete it.

    10. Security

    The site is served over HTTPS, form submissions are validated before they are accepted, and the toolkit forms are rate limited against automated abuse. Our service providers hold the data under their own security programmes. No method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security — but if a breach affects information you gave us, we will tell you as the law requires.

    11. Changes to this policy

    If what we collect or who we share it with changes, we will update this page and change the “last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
