By using levelxcoaching.com, or any calculator, assessment or download on it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

The site is operated by Level 10 Coaching at 1517 SW Medford Ave., Topeka, KS 66604. You can reach us at erik@levelxcoaching.com.

You may use this site and its tools for your own business purposes. You may not:

• submit false information, or someone else’s personal details, through any form;
• attempt to interfere with the site, its forms or its infrastructure, or to access any part of it you have not been given access to;
• scrape, copy, republish or resell the tools, their content or the reports they produce;
• use the site for any unlawful purpose.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site or any tool at any time, without notice.

This matters more than anything else on this page, so it is stated plainly.

Every assessment, checklist and calculator on this site works entirely from figures and answers you supply. It does not audit your business, verify your numbers or account for your circumstances. The outputs — including any dollar figure, cost, multiple, cash-flow impact or score — are illustrative estimates produced by a simple model, intended to prompt a better conversation.

Nothing on this site is financial, investment, accounting, tax, legal, HR or employment advice, and none of it should be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your situation. No result is a prediction, projection or guarantee of any outcome. Coaching results depend on factors outside our control, chiefly what you and your team actually do, and results described anywhere on this site are individual experiences rather than what you should expect.

Any decision you take after using these tools is your own, and you are responsible for it.

Nothing on this site is an offer of coaching services or a contract to provide them. Engagements are governed by a separate written agreement, and where that agreement conflicts with these terms, it takes precedence for that engagement.

Parts of this site reference and apply methodologies created and owned by others. Scaling Up and the Rockefeller Habits are the work of Verne Harnish and Gazelles. The 6 Types of Working Genius and The Ideal Team Player are the work of Patrick Lencioni and The Table Group. All rights in those frameworks, including their trademarks, remain with their respective owners.

We are not endorsed by, affiliated with or acting on behalf of those owners except as set out in the attribution above.

Subject to section 6, the design, copy, tools and reports on this site belong to Level 10 Coaching. You may use and share a report a tool generates for you inside your own business. You may not reproduce, redistribute or create derivative works from the site or its tools for any other purpose without our written permission.

What you type into a form or a tool remains yours. By submitting it you give us permission to use it to produce your results and to contact you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The site links out to third-party services, including Calendly for booking calls. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices. Once you follow a link, you are on their terms, not ours.

The site and its tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any result it produces is accurate or complete.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Level 10 Coaching and anyone acting on its behalf will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or business interruption, arising out of your use of this site or reliance on anything it produces — whether the claim is in contract, tort or otherwise, and whether or not we were advised such damages were possible.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability arising out of or relating to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100.00). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Level 10 Coaching against any claim, loss or expense, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of them will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Kansas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.

We may update these terms. The version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
